A lot of people on WW dread holiday weekends because of all the food they "just can't" avoid. I used to be one of those people... but what I found this week was that its not one meal, or even one day that will derail me. It's continued "holiday weekend" behavior throughout the week and weekend. I get 28 Points® in a day plus 35 extras in a week. Wednesday, I managed to consume 50 Points®. 50!!!!
Guess what? I lost 1.4 lbs this week.
Thats because I ate 50 Points® in one DAY... not EVERY day.
